Disney :) - Magic Kingdom

We are Disney lovers.  We love to go to Disney for family vacations.  It is a trip that our kids look forward to and talk about often.  Our last trip was shortly before we traveled to China for Micah.  Micah has been eager to share in our Disney memories.  Hannah is a Minnie lover, so she was excited about this trip, too.  We have been saving since our last trip and excited to book this trip with some extra surprises for the kids.  An extra special thanks goes to our family and friends that have gifted us with Disney gift cards the past two years.  They were finally put to use!  Enjoy the pictures!

First up...Magic Kingdom!

Happy New Year!

Tonight we celebrated Chinese New Year and ushered in the year of the monkey.  The kids loved wearing their traditional silks and receiving red envelopes.  We are thankful to share in traditions of China.  It is a fun way to honor Micah and Hannah's heritage.  Micah was especially excited to eat all of the food.  He loved it!

Shedd Aquarium

We have been making several trips to Chicago.  In addition to Deanna's family being there, several of the kids' specialist doctors are in Chicago.  We try to coordinate trips with family visits and fun plans.  This past trip we made a special stop at the Shedd Aquarium.  Hannah's beloved penguins were off display, but we saw quite a few other aquatic friends.

Hannah's favorite part was playing with the interactive computers.
